Beginning Drama
Level I
Students in this beginning drama course will demonstrate their artistic perception and creative expression, their understanding of the historical and cultural context of theatre, aesthetic values of theatre, and their conception of the connections, relationships, and applications of theatre to other art forms, other classes, and their professional lives. This course will address the areas of acting, production, and technical theatre with a major focus on acting craft and scene study.

Advanced Drama
Level II
Students in this accelerated drama course will demonstrate their artistic perception and creative expression, their understanding of the historical and cultural context of theatre, aesthetic values of theatre, and their conception of the connections, relationships, and applications of theatre to other art forms, other classes, and their professional lives. This course will build off the foundation of Drama 1, and further your acting experience through collaborative project based assignments. We will explore many different forms of theatre, both traditional, and experimental. We move at a faster pace! Buckle up!

ACTORS' REPERTORY
Level III
Welcome to Actors’ Repertory! Students in this top level drama course will demonstrate their artistic perception and creative expression, their understanding of the historical and cultural context of theatre, aesthetic values of theatre, and their conception of the connections, relationships, and applications of theatre to other art forms, other classes, and their professional lives. This course will build off the foundation you have built for yourself as an actor, and further your acting experience through collaborative project based assignments that simulate a real repertory theatre workplace. Attendance every day is essential, we move at a fast and steady pace! Buckle up!

Stagecraft Basic
Level I
Welcome to Stagecraft! Students in this technical theatre class will will understand and utilize basic stagecraft and technical design concepts in the four main technical design areas: Lighting Design, Audio Design, Set Design, and Costume Design. Students will be taught industry design standard approaches to technical theater. This coursework is heavily based on in class labs that are highly participatory and hands on. This course works on theoretical productions in order to prepare students to design full scale productions in later years in the secondary course- Theatrical Production and design, which creates our 5 main stage productions a year.

Level II

Theatrical Production
Level III
Welcome to Theatrical Production and Design! Students in this advanced technical theatre class will will understand and utilize stagecraft and technical design concepts in the main technical design areas. Students will further their learning of basic industry design standard approaches to technical theater in real life experiences designed actual productions. This coursework is heavily based on in class labs that are highly participatory and hands on. The course is built to simulate an artistic company, with weekly production meetings and a major focus on project based assignments. Each student is encouraged to take the lead on projects throughout the year.
